Automotive Service Manager – Ford (Multi-Location Import Opportunity)

Compensation: $180,000 – $240,000+ based on experience!

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Manager to lead one of our busy Ford service departments. This is a high-income leadership opportunity for a driven service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build profitable operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
For the right candidate, this role also offers future opportunities to oversee multi-location import service operations within our growing network.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years automotive service technical experience
  • 5+ years Service Manager or Service Advisor leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing high-volume service operations
  • Body Shop experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all operations of the service department for maximum profitability and efficiency
  • Forecast departmental goals and execute strategies to achieve them
  • Manage staffing including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Build and maintain high-performing service advisor and technician teams
  • Monitor and improve service KPIs including:
    • Repair order trends
    • Technician productivity and efficiency
    • Sales per repair order
    • Warranty and comeback reports
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with factory representatives and stay current on manufacturer policies and warranty procedures
  • Maintain department budgets and cost controls
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
