DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Service Manager to lead operations at a one point store. This is a high-income leadership opportunity for a driven service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a profitable, customer-focused service department.

Qualifications
- 4+ years automotive service technical experience
- 5+ years Service Manager or Service Advisor leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing service operations in a dealership environment
- Body Shop experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations of the service department for maximum profitability and efficiency
- Forecast departmental goals and execute strategies to achieve them
- Manage staffing including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Build and maintain a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
- Monitor and improve service KPIs including:
- Repair order trends
- Technician productivity and efficiency
- Sales per repair order
- Warranty performance and comeback rates
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain department budgets and cost controls
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
