$180,000 – $240,000+ based on experience

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Chrysler Service Manager to lead operations at a one point store. This is a high-income leadership opportunity for a driven service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a profitable, customer-focused service department.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can take full ownership of a single-location operation, drive performance, and elevate both team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years automotive service technical experience
  • 5+ years Service Manager or Service Advisor leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing service operations in a dealership environment
  • CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience preferred
  • Body Shop experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operations of the service department for maximum profitability and efficiency
  • Forecast departmental goals and execute strategies to achieve them
  • Manage staffing including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
  • Monitor and improve service KPIs including:
    • Repair order trends
    • Technician productivity and efficiency
    • Sales per repair order
    • Warranty performance and comeback rates
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work closely with manufacturer representatives and stay current on Chrysler policies and warranty procedures
  • Maintain department budgets and cost controls
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
