Rockville Collision Center is growing and looking for an experienced Collision Mechanic who knows how to do the job right the first time.

We’re not looking for entry-level. We need a skilled technician who can handle structural and mechanical repair work in a high-production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a minimal of eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background)

• Steady workflow

• Strong diagnostic ability — not just parts swapping
• Experience with scan tools and calibration procedures
• Understanding of modern vehicle electronics and safety systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams
• Clean, organized work habits
• Reliable attendance and production mindset

• Suspension repair and component replacement
• Mounting and balancing tires
• Performing 4-wheel alignments (4WA)
• Airbag and SRS component replacement (airbags, impact sensors, seatbelt pre-tensioners)
• Pre- and post-repair diagnostic scanning
• Electrical diagnosis and wiring repairs
• Mechanical R&I related to collision repairs
• Working closely with estimators and production team to keep jobs moving
