Rockville Collision Center is growing and looking for an experienced Collision Mechanic who knows how to do the job right the first time.
We’re not looking for entry-level. We need a skilled technician who can handle structural and mechanical repair work in a high-production environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a minimal of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background)
- Steady workflow

- Experience with scan tools and calibration procedures
- Understanding of modern vehicle electronics and safety systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams

- Reliable attendance and production mindset
- Suspension repair and component replacement
- Mounting and balancing tires
- Performing 4-wheel alignments (4WA)
- Airbag and SRS component replacement (airbags, impact sensors, seatbelt pre-tensioners)
- Pre- and post-repair diagnostic scanning
- Electrical diagnosis and wiring repairs
- Mechanical R&I related to collision repairs
- Working closely with estimators and production team to keep jobs moving
