Front Desk Administrator
DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a Front Desk Administrator!
As a Front Desk Administrator, you serve as the first point of contact for the company, representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy at all times. You will greet visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate departments in accordance with company procedures, and respond to basic inquiries. Additionally, you will manage incoming phone calls—screening, routing, and taking detailed messages—while also providing general information as needed.
The role also includes administrative support using QuickBooks and other software programs to assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone presence
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service
- Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish is a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to sit for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

- Greet clients/corporate managers and determine the nature of their visit.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Managing a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Communicate messages to all appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies in collaboration with the facilities or procurement team.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
